Eine \u00e4sthetische Nasenoperation kann bei jedem \u00fcber 18 Jahren durchgef\u00fchrt werden, der Probleme mit der Nasenatmung und Deformationen hat.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Da Ihre Nase der am weitesten hervorstehende Teil Ihres Gesichts ist, sind alle Probleme auf den ersten Blick erkennbar. Aufgrund der Kompatibilit\u00e4t verschiedener Gewebe wie Muskeln, Knorpel, Knochen und Haut sowie ihrer Atmungsfunktion handelt es sich technisch gesehen um die spezifischste Operation der \u00e4sthetischen Chirurgie.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Es gibt kein Konzept f\u00fcr intranasale oder extranasale Chirurgie. Die Nase ist ein einzelnes Organ und es ist sehr wichtig und zwingend erforderlich, die Innen- und Au\u00dfenseite der Nase in derselben Operation zu korrigieren.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Im Gegensatz zu dem, was missverstanden wird, steht f\u00fcr uns plastische Chirurgen nicht die Sch\u00f6nheit des Gewebes im Vordergrund, sondern die Funktionalit\u00e4t. Bei der Nasenoperation, wie auch bei all unseren anderen Operationen, ist es unsere erste Priorit\u00e4t, eine Nase zu schaffen, die atmen kann und dann sch\u00f6n aussieht.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Es gibt keine Standard-Nasenoperation. Nasenoperationen sollten individuell erfolgen. Die Nase, die Sie an jemand anderem m\u00f6gen, passt m\u00f6glicherweise nicht zur Struktur Ihres Gesichts. Diese Frage sollten Sie vor der Operation ausf\u00fchrlich mit Ihrem Arzt besprechen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Nur weil die Nase sch\u00f6n ist, hei\u00dft das nicht, dass das Ergebnis erfolgreich sein wird. Es sollte auch mit anderen Teilen Ihres Gesichts, n\u00e4mlich Kinn, Stirn und Wangen, harmonieren. Das versteht man unter einer nat\u00fcrlichen Nasenoperation. Aus diesem Grund ist vor einer Nasenoperation eine ausf\u00fchrliche Untersuchung und eine korrekte Analyse Ihres Gesichts wichtig.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Eine Nasenoperation kann im Operationssaal unter Vollnarkose durchgef\u00fchrt werden und dauert etwa 1 Stunde. Da wir nach der Operation auf eine Tamponade verzichten, ist dies sehr praktisch und komfortabel. Es ist eine schmerzlose Operation. Schwellungen und Bluterg\u00fcsse um die Augen variieren m\u00f6glicherweise nicht von Person zu Person, aber selbst wenn dies der Fall ist, verschwinden sie innerhalb von 5 Tagen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Am 7. Tag wird die spezielle Nasenschutzschiene vollst\u00e4ndig entfernt. Nach Ablauf von 10 Tagen ist der Patient geheilt.
