High Intensity Focused Ultrasound

What is High Intensity Focused Ultrasound?

Hifu stands for “High Intensity Focused Ultrasound”, which means high-intensity focused ultrasound. This treatment with sound waves is currently accepted as the most effective skin tightening method in the world.

What Does HIFU Do?

By sending sound waves to the deepest layers of body tissues, it provides skin recovery, tightening, and renewal by increasing collagen production.

It acts as anti-aging by increasing the collagen in the HIFU area. It gives elasticity to the skin and provides non-surgical recovery of sagging due to aging.

How is HIFU Applied?

An anesthetic cream is applied to the area to be treated and numbed. The procedure is started by applying gel to the cleaned skin with an ultrasound head. It may take approximately 30-60 minutes, depending on the region. Since the skin tissue is not affected by the procedure, there is no redness or bruising after the procedure. On average, 1-3 sessions are sufficient.

How Long Is HIFU Treatment?

The effects of the procedure begin to be felt in the tissue after 1 week. After 1 month, the effect becomes visible, and at the end of the 2nd month, the result is observed. For this reason, the sessions are held at intervals of 2 months.
